Yes! All DreamHome Aroma fragrance oils are IFRA compliant and follow all Clean at Sephora standards, making them safe for pets, people and plants.
How long does 1 bottle of fragrance oil last?
Though the amount of time varies based on personal usage, 20mL DreamHome Aroma fragrance oils last approximately 15 days.
How do I know if I'll like the scent before buying it?
That's exactly why we built our bundles the way we did. Most fragrance brands sell you one scent at a time — meaning you're committing $40-50 to a single oil before you even know if you love it. We think that's backwards.

Your diffuser comes with a limited 12-month manufacturer warranty. If you experience any manufacturing issues, we're here to help, just contact us, and we'll make it right.
Can I use other oils with my DreamHome Aroma Diffuser?
Our diffuser oils are carefully formulated with a specific viscosity to ensure optimal performance with DreamHome Aroma diffusers. Since we cannot guarantee compatibility with other diffuser brands, using non-DreamHome Aroma oils may impact your diffuser’s internal components.
For the best performance and to keep your warranty intact, we recommend using only DreamHome Aroma Oils with your diffuser.

How many Diffusers do I need?

One diffuser is perfect if you want to transform one room. Set it in your living room, bedroom, or home office and let it do its thing. Our diffuser covers up to 800 square feet, so one unit handles most standard rooms with ease.
Two diffusers is the sweet spot for most homes. One in the main living area, one in the master bedroom. You wake up to one scent and come home to another — or run the same scent throughout and create a consistent signature fragrance for your entire home.
Three or more is for people who want their whole home to feel like a luxury hotel from the moment you walk in the front door. Different scents for different rooms, or the same signature scent flowing through every space.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Texas within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their order within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where do you ship?
At this time we ship within the United States only. We are actively working on expanding to international markets and hope to announce shipping to additional countries soon. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping becomes available, join our email list and you'll be the first to know.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $5.95 on every order — no minimum required, no surprises at checkout. It doesn't matter if you're ordering one fragrance oil or filling your cart with ten — the shipping cost stays exactly the same. One item or a full bundle, you always pay $4.95 and not a penny more. We keep it simple and consistent so you always know exactly what you're paying before you buy, because nobody likes getting to checkout and seeing a shipping cost they didn't expect.
What is the Shipping Protection that you offer?
Shipping protection is an optional add-on that covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For a small one-time fee added at checkout, you're fully covered from the moment your order leaves our fulfillment center to the moment it arrives at your door.
If anything goes wrong during shipping — your package gets lost by the carrier, arrives damaged, or gets stolen from your doorstep — we will replace your order immediately at no additional cost to you. No lengthy claims process, no waiting weeks for a resolution, no being told it's not our problem.
Without shipping protection, lost or stolen packages are subject to the carrier's claims process which can take weeks and often results in partial or no reimbursement. With shipping protection, we handle everything on our end and get a replacement out to you fast.
We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout especially for larger orders like our Luxury Scent Bundle — it's a small price for complete peace of mind.

How do the Subscriptions work?
Our subscription is simple — choose your favorite fragrance oil in either 20mL or 50mL, select subscribe and save at checkout, and we'll automatically send you a fresh bottle every month at 35% off the regular price. No commitment, no contracts, no fine print. Just your favorite scent delivered to your door every month at the best possible price.
You'll have full control over your subscription at all times through your personal customer portal — swap scents, skip a month, pause, or cancel whenever you want with just a few clicks.
Can I change my scent each month?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Your customer portal lets you swap your scent before each monthly charge so you're never stuck with the same oil if you want to try something new. With 18 hotel and luxury car inspired scents in our collection there's always something different to explore. Think of it as your own personal fragrance journey delivered monthly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your customer portal, navigate to your active subscription, and click cancel. That's it — one click, no phone calls, no emails to send, no cancellation fees, no penalties. Your subscription ends immediately and you will not be charged again. We meant it when we said cancel anytime.
When will I be charged?
Your first charge happens at the time you place your order. After that you'll be charged on the same date every month going forward. For example if you subscribe on the 10th of the month your recurring charge will process on the 10th of each following month. You'll receive an email reminder before every charge so you always know exactly when your next payment is coming and have time to make any changes to your order beforehand.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily.
How can I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. You can also log into your account at any time and view your order status and tracking information from your order history. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — and if it's not there, reach out to us and we'll look into it immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process and ship orders quickly so there is a very short window to make changes. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at [support email] or via our chat and we'll do everything we can to catch it before it ships. Once an order has been picked and labeled, we are unable to make changes.
I received the wrong item — what do I do?
That's on us and we'll fix it fast. Email us at support@dreamhomearoma.com with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll ship the correct item to you right away. You won't need to return the wrong item — keep it with our apologies.
My package says delivered but I never received it — what do I do?
First check around your property — with porches, side doors, garage areas, and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't locate it, contact us at support@dreamhomearoma.com with your order number. If you added shipping protection at checkout, we'll replace your order immediately. If you did not add shipping protection, we'll do our best to work with the carrier to locate your package and find a resolution.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account and navigate to your account settings to update your default shipping address. If you need to change the address on an order that has already been placed, contact us immediately at support@dreamhomearoma.com before it ships and we'll update it. For subscription orders, you can update your shipping address anytime in your customer portal before your next charge processes.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Our subscription program is our way of rewarding our most loyal customers. Subscribers receive 35% off every order, monthly scent swap flexibility, exclusive milestone gifts or discounts starting at month two, early access to new scent releases, and automatic access to the Private Scent Collection after 30 days. The longer you stay subscribed the more you unlock. It's our version of a loyalty program — built into the subscription itself rather than a separate points system.
