CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Diffuser Returns & Guarantee

Diffusers may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Because our diffusers are luxury electronic devices, we are unable to accept returns on any diffuser that has been opened and used — once fragrance oil has been run through the unit, the device cannot be resold, and we hold our products to too high a standard to do so. We appreciate your understanding.

Every diffuser is backed by a 12-month manufacturer defect guarantee. If your diffuser fails due to a defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it at no charge — no hassle, no runaround. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Fragrance Oil Returns

Individual fragrance oil orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the bottles are completely unopened and in their original condition. Once a fragrance oil has been opened, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fragrance Oil Subscriptions

We believe in earning your loyalty — not locking you in. Fragrance oil subscription customers may cancel at any time before their next scheduled renewal date with absolutely no fees, no penalties, and no minimum commitment required. Ever. We will never charge you an early cancellation fee or require you to maintain a subscription for any set period of time. Your subscription is yours to manage on your terms.

To cancel, simply log into your customer account and manage your subscription through the customer portal, or email us at support@dreamhomearoma.com. Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. Please note that once a subscription order has already been processed and fulfilled, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund for that billing cycle.

Luxury Scent Bundle

The Luxury Scent Bundle — which includes your diffuser and 10 × 20mL fragrance oils — is a complete, pre-packaged set. Because the bundle includes multiple fragrance oils that cannot be individually restocked once the package has been opened and oils have been used, the Luxury Scent Bundle is considered final sale once opened. If your bundle arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately and we will make it right.
